The Timesheet app allows employees to quickly save their timesheets. Managers check dashboards and generate reports on teams and projects. Available as Web, iPhone and Android app. Free 30 day trial.
The Timesheet application can be used alone or with other apps from GroupCamp.
Users (employees, providers or partners) can access their timesheets and check their activities for a given week or month. Users can record time spent:
- on projects of which they are members using customizable fields such as: Billable (or non-billable) time, Project time categories (Design, Marketing, Operations, ...), etc,
- on Administrative time categories (days off, training, ...).
Managers (Project and Team managers) can:
- Set reminder emails.
- Check dashboards for projects and users.
- Check saved time spent for a user and update it if needed.
- Generate activity reports per user, per team, per organization, per project or per time category.
Managers can create and share customized reports.
- Lock entry for already validated time spent.
