Note: Only the account Owner and Administrators can contact the GroupCamp support team directly. Colleagues and Guests users will reach the support team set in the Help center icon of the Admin Panel. To find out more, please consult: How to set up your internal user support.
To contact the support team, click on the Help Center link in the top navigation bar:
How can you quickly send us screenshots with your question?
Use the + button (or the keyboard shortcut: Shift + s)
Make a Mouse selection or a Full screen screenshot:
On the Screenshot window, click on the Send to support team button.
You can make several screenshots before reaching out to the support team.
To send a message to the support team with your screenshots, click on the Help Center link.
Attach your screenshots and type a brief message.
Our support team will reach out to you shortly.

Please note that GroupCamp provides support in all languages supported by GroupCamp. The GroupCamp support team is spread across different time zones. Once your email is received, your message will be redirected to the right Customer Manager that can provide you best support in your own language. You may also receive responses in English depending on the nature of your request.
