Project Management with Microsoft OneDrive and GroupCamp
This FAQ explains how you can connect your Microsoft OneDrive to your GroupCamp Project Management Software account to share folders and files in your projects and to your tasks.
The Microsoft OneDrive feature can be enabled or disabled with the Integration icon of the Admin panel of your GroupCamp account. To find out more, please read: Enable integrations: Box, Dropbox, Google, Microsoft.

To connect a Microsoft OneDrive account to share your files and folders with other project members, go to your Preferences app by clicking on your name (@ Me > Preferences app).
Select the Integration menu of your Preferences app.
Use the + button to connect a Microsoft account.
In the GroupCamp Permissions window, select Microsoft OneDrive.
Getting your Microsoft profile is mandatory to list your account name to you.
Click on Ok, we will connect you to Microsoft in order to select your Microsoft account and to allow GroupCamp to provide you the access to your OneDrive within GroupCamp.
The connection is now established between Microsoft OneDrive and your GroupCamp Project Management account. In all GroupCamp Files app you can now browse your connected OneDrive service.
1. Search a file in OneDrive
2. Browse your files, View Recent files or files shared with you.
3. Browse through your OneDrive folders. Use the folders breadcrumb to navigate.
4. You can share a a link to a OneDrive file or folder in GroupCamp in read-only mode or in read+write mode. You can also import files.
Attach OneDrive files and folders to tasks. Assigned users will access relevant data quicker.
All files can be attached to tasks, milestones, task lists, posts, discussions, Wiki pages, etc.
To disconnect a OneDrive service, click on the @Me menu, then click on the Integration menu located in the Preferences application.
Use the Disconnect link.
