Project Management with Box and GroupCamp
If you use the Box service, you can connect it with your GroupCamp Project Management account to share files and folders in your Files application.
Note: The Box service needs to be enabled in your GroupCamp account. To find out more, please read: Enable integrations: Box, Dropbox, Google, Microsoft.
To connect the Box service, go in the Files application of a group or in the Files app located in the Home menu.
Click on the button New File, then select the Online services tab in the pop up window.
Click on the Box service. The Box access window will open up.
Sign into Box and click on the Authorize button. In the following window, click on the button: Grant access to Box.
When the connection between GroupCamp and Box is established, you do not have to grant access again. The New File window has saved your Box account.
Note: Box regularly requires to renew the granting access. You will therefore have to renew this procedure.
In GroupCamp, you can now navigate in your Box folders.
1. Search a Box item
2. The folders breadcrumb allows you to go back through the Box tree folder
3. You can share a link to a Box folder in the GroupCamp account
4. You can share a link or import a Box file in GroupCamp
Imported files will be counted in your GroupCamp account storage quota.
Note: Access rights for shared links in GroupCamp are set up in Box.
To disconnect the Box service, click on Home menu, then select the Preferences app., click on the Integrations menu, click on Disconnect.
