For more information please read also: Manage subscriptions and payment.
Please note that this operation can only be carried out by the Owner of the account. Administrators can only make one time payments.
In the Admin panel, go to the Owner section.
Click on the Credit Card icon.
Click on +Add a credit card or update your payment information if a credit card has already been entered.
The next screen will allow you to enter a form of payment:
When you enter your credit card information, then click on 'Please confirm my form of payment', GroupCamp sends a verification request to our Payment Gateway Partner, Ogone (Ingenico). This authorization may take a few seconds.
Once your form of payment has been accepted you will receive a receipt by email showing a charge equal to zero.
Your card has been accepted and can then be used automatically to pay for recurring subscriptions at each anniversary date related to your account.
For each debit transaction, a credit card receipt is automatically sent by email.
On your bank statement, the debit charge will be labelled "GROUPCAMP" (This may be altered depending on your bank policy)
Your credit card number is never stored on GroupCamp servers.
When your credit card information is entered, it is forwarded over a secure channel to Ingenico (Ogone) our payment gateway partner (www.ingenico.com). Ingenico is a leading payment services provider with full PCI-DSS compliance. GroupCamp only keeps a coded version of your credit card with the usual XXXX XXXX XXXX 1234 format. The card holder name and the expiry date is also kept by GroupCamp.
