How to invite your clients and partners to an online project?
This GroupCamp FAQ explains how to invite your clients and/or partners to collaborate in an online project space.
Users of type "Guests" are people external to your organization or company (customers, partners...). Guests access the same GroupCamp interface as your colleagues but with limited features and privileges.
A user that has been identified as Guest needs to belong to a specific Company.
Steps to follow :
Go to the Admin panel, click on the Users icon. In the Guests tab, enable the "Guests" feature. Also, make sure to check the box "Groups of type "Project" - Users of type "Guest" may be members of this type of group".

Go in your project, click on the "i" button to open its Information panel, then click on the group settings button.
In the window, check the box Guests are allowed to be members of this group.
Click on the + button in the top navigation bar and select Users > Guests.
In the window Create guests, fill in your guests' email addresses, first names, last names and company names.
Select your project group, type an invitation message, then press OK.
