Extranet and Intranet groups become projects. The project settings allow you to decide which applications are used in a project.
Cost management is repositioned according to Cost Control (see Reports Module).
Privileges are now managed by user. User privileges are built from system profiles and custom profiles. The privileges of each user are customizable.
Colleagues who are project leaders have extended privileges in a project (Edit the settings of the project, archiving or deleting the project, managing the budget, etc.).
Timesheet and Budget modules are now available only from the Best plan.
