GroupCamp announced today that it now allows regular Google and Gmail accounts to use GroupCamp's its integration features with its online project management software with Google Drive, Google Calendar and Google Contacts.

GroupCamp Project users who use their Gmail accounts can now sign in using Gmail and have their tasks and milestones fully synced with Google Calendar. For account administrators, user invitation also becomes easier with the ability to browse Google Contacts from within GroupCamp.
“Most of our Google Apps users also have regular Gmail accounts for its ease of use and the ability to have great mobile synchronization with their smartphones. So we are glad to be able to help them use Gmail with GroupCamp” according to Dickel SOORIAH, co-founder of GroupCamp.
Getting your assigned tasks in your Google Calendar in real-time
According to GroupCamp, mobile productivity and the ability to edit files in Google Drive online were the two main reasons Google and Gmail users wanted their tasks and milestones synced with Google Calendar. “Gmail users feel that Gmail is the gateway to a wide range of cellphones which will easily sync with standards-based calendars” said Dickel SOORIAH.
Browsing your Google Contacts in GroupCamp
By integrating with Google Contacts, GroupCamp now allows Gmail users to access up to five different Gmail accounts and therefore easily browse all their contacts in the user management apps.
Improving your team productivity with easy access to Google Drive
GroupCamp mentioned that feedback from their users confirmed that a large number of users were using free Gmail accounts. By easily authorizing GroupCamp to access their Google Drive data, users can link to their Google Drive files without sharing their personal information with other users of their account.
