GroupCamp Third Party Services Agreement

The Third Party Services Agreement is an appendix part of the GroupCamp Terms of Service (« ToS ») which is a binding Agreement between GroupCamp and the Customer.

All definitions of the GroupCamp ToS apply for this Agreement.

This Agreement defines the terms of use of the GroupCamp Service when used in conjunction with Third-Party Services other than GroupCamp.

Using GroupCamp with Google Apps™

This usage concerns all users who have GroupCamp applications installed in their Google Apps domain from the Google Apps Marketplace

Granting GroupCamp access to Google Apps Data

When installing a GroupCamp product in the Google Apps Marketplace, the client accepts that GroupCamp applications and users of the same GroupCamp account can access the list of users in the attached Google Apps domain, can list files in the Google Docs application of the attached Google Apps domain, can access Calendar information of the Google Apps domain and to the contacts of the Google Apps domain. GroupCamp applications can access the contents of emails of users of the Google Apps domain when they use the GroupCamp contextual Gadget in Gmail

Access to GroupCamp Data by Google

The Customer recognizes that usage of the Gmail Gadget implies that Google has access to the data contained in the Gmail Gadget.
