How to keep track of updates on Files in a project ?
In a given project you can keep track of updates on files in the the Files application or in the Overview application.
In the Files application, you can view who has uploaded and updated files in a project.
in the Overview App,
you can track all Files activities in chronological order including deletions.
Can I track download requests for files ?
The short answer is yes.
To keep track of downloaded files, activate the feature in the project settings (Only administrators and Managers can access application settings)
Note: To access application settings click on the settings icon in the top right corner or go to the Admin section in the Project application
Viewing download requests in a Project
Once the download request feature is activated, click on the icon next to the file to see who has clicked to download a file.
Note, GroupCamp can only track download REQUESTS. We cannot guarantee the proper delivery of the file on the user desktop.
