In the Email notifications menu of the @Me > Preferences app., select Receive an email immediatly.
When you receive an email, you can comment or reply to an exisiting comment.
Click on the link Reply or Comment (link mailto:). A new window will open up:
Do not write in the subject line, your text will not be taken into account.
Enter your comment or reply in the body of the email, add attachments, then click on Send.
GroupCamp allows you to post a message with attachments in the Group feed located in the Activity application of a project.
To find out the drop box email address of the Activity app., click on the Plus menu.
Click on Post a message by email, your electronic mail software will open up:
Enter a subject line, a text, add attachments. Then click on Send.
Note: Font styles are not taken into account (bold, underline, colors, bullet points ...).
The message will appear in the Group Feed. Attachments will be attached to the post, they will also be located in the folder Shared with the group in the Files app.
GroupCamp allows yous to add tasks directly from your email system.
Go in the Tasks app. of a project, click on the Create button and select Add tasks from your email.

Click on the Edit - Destination task list button to set up:

Users in field To: are assigned to the task if they are members of the project.
Users in field Cc: are followers of the task.
The email subject line becomes the task name.
The body of the email becomes the task description.
Attachments are added to the task.
The drop box email address needs to be used in one of the fields: To:, Cc, or Bcc.
Note: The Updates tab in the Information panel of the task list is updated every time a task is added by email. You can subscribe to the task list if you wish to receive notifications.
If you are a Google Apps for Work user, you can have a Gmail contextual gadget if your Google Apps domain is linked to your GroupCamp account.
The GroupCamp gadget for Gmail allows you to add tasks in the Tasks app. of a GroupCamp project, and post a message in a feed located in the Activity app. of a group.
