Does GroupCamp offer special pricing for students, universities, government or non-profit organisations?
No, all our available plans are on our Plans and Pricing page. Our pricing is designed to be competitive for small organizations of any kind. Small businesses usually consider us as being affordable and we believe that it is important for us that we keep a pricing that is consistent throughout our client base whether they are for-profit or non-profit. It is not a matter of company size since non-profits can be very large organizations. Keeping our pricing consistent and affordable with the non-profit criteria would not be fair to the very small businesses and struggling entrepreneurs who trust us. Can we install GroupCamp on our own servers?
No, GroupCamp cannot be installed on Customer servers. The service is available only in hosted version. GroupCamp does provide dedicated regional clusters for large organizations. Those clusters are located in data centers managed by GroupCamp.
Do you customize GroupCamp on demand for specific customers?
All our customers use the same version of GroupCamp. We add new features on a regular basis. If you feel that you need a new feature please use the online support form to contact us.
What are the languages available, can we add or request a new language?
GroupCamp adds new languages on a regular basis. GroupCamp is currently available in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazilian), Chinese, Suomi, Japanese, Polish, Swedish, Dutch, Italian, and Russian. We will, in the near future, launch a translation system which will allow our users to add new languages on their own and translate our user interface.
Other languages under consideration are Korean, and Turkish. Please contact us if those languages are of interest.
