How to add Google Contacts as Colleagues or Guests in your GroupCamp account
To add one or several Google Contacts as colleagues or guests in your GroupCamp account, use the + button in the top navigation bar. Select Colleagues or Guests.
If your GroupCamp account is not yet connected with Google, click on the Online Services button.
Click on Google, In the Google window, sign into your account and grant GroupCamp access to your data.
If you have already connected a Google account, click on the email address name to go through your Google contacts.
The search field allows you to browse through your Google contacts, you can search by first or last name, email address or companies.
You can select one or more contacts and restart your search to add more contacts. Once your selection is completed, click on OK.
Note: Contacts that are already in your GroupCamp account will be greyed out.
The screenshot below displays a pre-filled form with Google Contacts' data, you need to fill in potential empty fields.
- Select project groups and/or Tracking group
- Send an invitation to join the GroupCamp account (this will send an email invitation to the selected users)
Note: For Colleagues, this feature is identical. If organizations are enabled in your account, you need to fill in the information as well.
