How to set up the Timesheet application?
This FAQ explains how to configure the settings and privileges for the GroupCamp Timesheet application.

Time recording on Timesheet time categories
This feature adds the Timesheet category selector when recording time.
Enable the Billable checkbox when a time record is entered in a Timesheet time category
The Billable checkbox is displayed when recording time.
What are the access privileges to the time spent records?
View (Select a user to review his/her data)
This feature adds the users selector and lets you browse through all time spent for all users.
View - Create - Update - Delete - Timesheet category
This feature lets you update recorded time spent on Timesheet categories for users.
Note: Privileges to update recorded time in projects for Timelog categories are set up in the Timelog application. Read this FAQ: How to set up the Timelog application?
What are the access privileges to the "Report" features?
User access to their personal reports
This feature displays the Reports button. This feature allows all users to access their own time spent recorded on projects and/or time spent recorded on time categories in the Timesheet application.
Note: Decide whether all users can browse through their personal reports.
Access to all time spent recorded in all groups of which the user is member
This feature allows authorized users to browse through time spent recorded in Project groups of which they are members. This feature does not grant access to time spent recorded in groups of which authorized users are not members. This feature does not grant access to time spent recorded on time categories for the Timesheet application.
Note: We recommend that this privilege only be granted to project managers and/or administrators.
Access to all time spent records for all users
This feature allows users to generate reports for all time spent recorded in your account (all groups, all users, and all time categories in the Timesheet application).
Note: Grant this privilege to authorized users. These authorized users will be able to access time spent recorded by all colleagues across all projects (use a Management team to list these authorized users).
Decide who can configure the Send reminder emails feature.
Click on the Manage button (visible in the above screenshot).
