Can I display an announcement to all project members?

If you are an Administrator or a Manager for a project, you can add an announcement which will be visible at the top of the Overview page.

If you are an administrator, you can access the Announcement page by going to the Project application in the Admin section. When hovering your mouse over a project name a list of action buttons will appear, click on Announcement.

If you are a manager for a project, use the cogged wheel icon to access the announcement page for a project.

What does "connected", "never signed in", "no recent connection" mean next to the list of project members in the Overview ?

Connection information provides valuable information about project activity by indicating when members last signed in.

Sign in information is updated when a project is accessed through a browser or when a project member replies to an email notification by email.

Connected is displayed for the currect user.

No recent connection is displayed when a user has not signed in for more than a month.

Never signed in is displayed when a user is invited for the first tome and has not signed in yet for that project. The user may have accessed other projects.

What are the accepted formats for logos? What is the size limit for a logo?

Accepted formats include: jpeg, gif or png, To maintain performance levels for the Overview application, the size of a logo should not exceed 250 kB.

How can I customize Overview with my own logo? How many logos can I upload?

An Administrator for an account or a Manager for a project can upload up to 5 logos in the Overview app.

If you are an Administrator, go to the Admin section into the Project application. When hovering over a project a list of action buttons will appear. Click on ‘logos’ to access the logo upload form.

If you are the Manager for a project, use the cogged wheel icon in to access the logo upload form as shown below:

What items are present in the Overview app?

In each project, the first application is Overview. It gives access to the most important items of your project together with an overview of the most recent activity of each member.

All late tasks and milestones, if any, are displayed in the first part of the Overview app. You can also view the upcoming planning for the upcoming weeks. The second part lists all application updates, sorted by date, starting with the most recent one at the top of the list.

What does the +1 or +X next to the comment icon mean?

It means that, in a single day, one or more comments have been added on a particular item.
