Google Apps and Google Accounts ID, Password and Username Management. Email notifications. Weekly email digest.
Why is my email reply to a comment rejected? I have a "Your email could not be processed" message mail in response to a comment
There are multiple possible explanations to this:
- The email reply-from address that you have used is not listed in your user details. This is the most frequent case. If you are replying from an email address which is not one that is provided in your online account your email reply will be rejected. Please see also Adding additional User emails.
- The object on which the comment has been added by email has been deleted and no longer exists. In the case of a reply to a comment in the Discussions app, this can also happen if the online discussion has been closed.
- You are no longer a member of the project of the account.
- Other possible explanations include: the reply-to address has been altered, you do not have a reply-from address or the email format is not correct.
If all the explanations listed above are not relevant to your issue, please contact our support team.

How do I manage weekly email notifications?
When you are signed into your GroupCamp account, click on 'Mt Details' and then click on 'My settings'
You can also choose to exclude projects in the weekly email digest.
What does the weekly email digest cover?
The email starts with a summary table of all milestones and tasks in all projects. Tasks without any due dates are also counted.
Note : Projects in which you do not have tasks or milestones are not displayed
For every project, the weekly email digest then covers the following
- late items
- upcoming deadlines (tasks with due dates and milestones) for the week ahead,
- deadlines of the following week,
- tasks which do not have due dates for each project.
Please note also the following key aspects of the email digest:
1) If you are assigned to a task without any due date in a list which is linked to a milestone the date of the milestone is considered as the due date for the task:
- For a late milestone, this task is displayed as being late,
- if the milestone is for the upcoming weel, the task is displayed at the due date of the milestone.
Exemple : if you have a milestone "Furniture delivery during the event", to which 3 task lists are linked "booth equipment management", "Booth team check-list" et "Documentation and forms"... All these task lists are considered to have the same due date as the milestone: that of the
"Furniture delivery during the event".
2) If you are the owner of the milestone, all on-going tasks linked to the milestone are displayed even if they are not assigned to you (as the owner of the milestone, you are also responsible for the tasks in the attached task lists.
3) When a task has a die date which is different from that of the linked milestone, the task is displayed separately (from the items which are associated with the linked milestone due date).
Exemple : In the list "booth equipment management", you have added "demos and showcase" with a due date, this task has to be due after the linked milestone.

What does the « Additional Emails » field in the users details page mean?
When you send an email to your account, for example by replying to a comment, we will verify the email from which the message is sent to make sure it is one of the emails used by a particular user. This allows you to work from multiple email addresses, provided they are all entered in the user details. Please note that only the primary email is shared with other users in the account.
Furthermore, some email software and services will always use the same email addresses as the sender address for all messages.
For example: if a user enters myname@mycompany.com and his or her software sends email replies from a personal email address: myname@myhomemail.com this email will bounce unless it is added as additional emails in the user details page.

Do all users have a personal page? What applications are available in the personal page?
When a user is present in a single project, there is no personal page for that user. There are two scenarios where a user has a personal page:
- When the user has been added to two or more projects
- When the user is a member of one project and is an administrator.
Applications present in the Personal Page are the cross project Dashboard together with cross projects version of tasks and Milestones.
On the personal page the user can also access a complete list of users in his or her company.
