General questions. Security. Resilience. Availability. Back-up of data.
Is my data kept safe and how?
We use the latest generation of servers and host them in fully redundant clusters which reside in different data centers for higher availability. Our servers are hosted with high availability requirements to prevent all common failure scenarios. For superior service levels, our datacenters are equipped with dual electric feeds and multiple levels of physical and electronic security. All user data is backed-up on separate servers located on different data centers.

Why and when am I disconnected from the service? What is an expired connexion? What added security does this represent?
You are automatically disconnected from the service when you close your browser window or when you shut down your computer.
If you have several tabs open in your browser, you only need to login once.
This prevents people from accessing your account when your computer is left idle.

How to send my Chrome console errors to the GroupCamp Support team
Many application issues can arise from the specific behavior of your browser and your operating system.
Although GroupCamp applications are tested across several browsers, the GroupCamp team may require the errors in your browser console to troubleshoot your issue. Below is the procedure to provide GroupCamp with the errors (if any) in your console for the Chrome browser.
STEP 1: First go the page or application where the error is observed.
STEP 2: In the View menu of your Chrome browser, access the Javascript console in the Developer tools as shown below:

STEP 3: Go to the Console tab of the console and make sure you are on the error filter (you should immediately see any errors highlighted in red).

STEP 4: Refresh your page (Click on refresh in the browser of SHIFT-F5 in Windows).
STEP 5: Copy the errors and send them by email to the GroupCamp support team.
